Setup.exe Entire Assessment Report Writing Program Version 4.0. There are many changes to the Assessment Writing program.    Version 5.0 will be made available in the next few weeks.  This is still version 4.0 and DOES NOT include the changes listed below. 05-22-03 Overwrites Long-80 Megabytes (Major Coffee Break)-This is best done with a high speed connection.
Pratrla.exe Simply download to your C:\ATR subdirectory.  This file should accompany any download of a new or revised test.  The ONLY time you do NOT need to get this file is when you download the SETUP.EXE file.  This update adds some internet functions.. PRPLS4.exe Preschool Language Scale-4    You will need to download the PRATRMS.EXE file to have the menu option. The MENU replaces the 3d version and you should NOT download this if you continue to use the PLS-3. 04-24-03 Overwrites 5-10  Minutes

MSEDITOR.exe New Editor w/Spell Checker  ONLY download this if you have Windows XP or Windows 2000.  This replaces the editor (final edit) and corrects the spelling problems with the operating systems.  You also need to download the ENGLISH.DCT file below as this is the dictionary for the new Spell Checker.   04-24-03 Overwrites 5-10  Minutes

PRVSEEC.exe Vineland Social-Emotional Early Childhood Scales.  This is still in the test phase, but all looks to be ok.  You may find a word or two you need to edit.  But if you're ready GO FOR IT!  You will also need to download the pratrms.exe file to have the menu options.... 02-05-02 Adds To... 5-10  Minutes
Sdminstal.exe YOU MUST RECEIVE AND LOAD FROM THE CD BEFORE DOWNLOADING THIS FILE.  THE CD's ARE BEING MAILED OUT THE FIRST WEEK OF JUNE. The entire program is here if you need to install it on a new PC. There are several steps.  1.  Download the file  2. Run the installation (Start, Run, SDMINSTAL.EXE).  3.  Run the utilities and select Setup to create you district information and program/data storage information (if you are in a network)  4. Create new datatables and/or copy your old data from diskette to C:\SPED\DATA subdirectory.    Now on version 5.0.  The F1 key will pop=up help messages now.... 01-15-03 New Program File 2 Minutes
Sdmman.doc Draft copy of manual for the Student Data Manager Program -This is written with MicroSoft Office 2000 (WORD).   Will need to use same version to load and print.  05-22-02 Word Document 1 Minute
SPED.exe If you've downloaded and/or installed the last CD (June 2002)  then to Update your Student Data, you only need this file.   Download it to your C:\SPED subdirectory and Overwrite the existing file.  Contains options under promotions for just Gifted or just SPED students....DON'T DO THIS IF YOU HAVEN'T LOADED THE LAST UPDATE!!!  OR YOU WON'T LIKE THE RESULTS 09-10-02 Overwrites 1 Minute
