| Support | Instant on-line support. You will first need to email moss@microsped.com or call Micro-SPED to request on-line support. Once notified or directed, simply click on the Support link and select Open. (You may need to click Open a second time) Nothing is downloaded to your PC but some temporary files and when completed, the files are removed. You need to be aware that running this program allows remote access and control of your PC but only from our site. We can then recover any files or resolve problems by actually taking control of your PC. There may be a fee involved for this support. | PRATRMS.exe | Simply download to your C:\ATR subdirectory. This
file should accompany any download of a new or revised test. The ONLY time you
do NOT need to get this file is when you download the above SETUP.EXE file.
NOTE: This file is the main program file. If you access the download page through our program, you can NOT download this file - as it's in use or currently running. You must EXIT the program and use the Internet Explorer to download this file. In doing so, go to www.microsped.com/sped/download/ms.htm , click on this file, change the SAVE IN.. option to C:, then ATR and finally overwrite the existing file. |
