NOTE: This file is the main program file. If you access the download page through our program, you can NOT download this file - as it's in use or currently running. These are the text files that you will need to have all the new recommendations section. There are about 70 files zipped in this one file. HERE IS THE TRICKY PART. This file MUST be saved to the C:\ATR folder and then you need to UNZIP it. There are several unzip programs, and you probably already have the Windows unzip program. If you do, then once the file is saved to the C:\ATR folder simply go to that file (My Computer) and double-click on it. There are some files that already exist, so overwrite them when unzipping (or select Y to overwrite all of them...). If this is too complicated, the CD's will be mailed out next month....
